Djerf Avenue:
We are deeply sorry to hear that some employees have had negative experiences during their time with us. We sincerely apologize to anyone who has felt hurt or unsupported as a result. As a company and employer, we are firmly committed to improving our workplace and fostering an environment where all employees and collaborators feel safe, respected, and empowered.
Inclusion is one of Djerf Avenue’s most important values and a cornerstone of who we are as a brand. We deeply respect and value everyone who represents us externally, including our models. Their contributions are vital, and we are committed to ensuring they feel appreciated, included, and supported in all that we do. ?
Grundare Matilda Djerf:
Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space has always been essential to me, both personally and as the founder of Djerf Avenue. I take these accusations very seriously and if my actions have made anyone feel mistreated, I sincerely apologize.
I don’t recognize myself in all the claims made, but I see this as an opportunity to listen, grow, and take full responsibility as a leader. I am committed to reflecting, improving and fostering a better culture for everyone, with the advice and guidance from a coach and ongoing feedback.
Varför tror ni de gör så här?
